About Sell General Contractor Data to AI

People who read construction software vendors' terms and the federal contract clauses and copyright rules a builder works under, keep the text they quote, and answer every enquiry themselves.

Why we built this

Whether a builder can license its archive turns on two documents: the prime contract each job ran under and the terms of the software that held it. This site sets those clauses side by side so ownership is clear before anyone talks about price.

Written for

Owners, project executives and finance leads of general contracting firms, and advisers to builders that are closing or being sold, holding years of closed-out projects.

Inside this site

The core is one question, "sell general contractor data to ai", and a quote form that needs no login. Around it sit 4 guides. There is also a citable data table (figures and method) and the pages we read to build it.

What we leave out

  • We do not rank construction software; each row is the vendor's own sentence and our short reading of it.
  • The form never asks for drawings, exports or a project owner's name.
  • We never pass an enquiry to a software vendor named on the board.

No construction software vendor, contract publisher or buyer pays to appear on this site or to be described differently. Each answer is our reading of a published document, not legal advice on your own contracts. Our fee, agreed in writing before any work: when a builder licenses its project records to a buyer we introduce, 12.5% of the deal with a minimum where we act as the firm's exclusive agent, or 10% with a minimum where its records go into a bundle or the pool; anything a buyer pays us is credited back to the firm.
